The Board of Directors hereby announces the resignation of Ms. Kwong Yanping as the Company's joint company secretary and agent for legal process documents, effective May 24, 2024.
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that (i) Mr. Nie Xiaogang has been appointed as the joint company secretary and authorized representative of the Company, effective from May 24, 2024, and has been appointed as the secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company. The term of office is consistent with the term of office of the Sixth Board of Directors. He will formally perform his duties after obtaining the training certificate for secretary of the Board issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Prior to Mr. Nie formally assuming his duties as Secretary to the Board, Mr. Zhu Jian, Chairman of the Board, performed the duties of Secretary to the Board on his behalf; and (ii) Ms. Zeng Yingwen was appointed as the Company's joint company secretary and legal process agent, effective from May 24, 2024.
