Evergrande Automobile discloses share change plan
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that Evergrande Motor plans to sell 3.145 billion shares, accounting for approximately 29.0% of the total share capital. In addition, 3.203 billion shares will become the subject of options for potential buyers during the term of the agreement.
